After successfuly winning a war, Draco gets Hermione as his war prize and the two, slowly but surely, start developing feelings for each other. However, all is changed when one of Draco’s comrades decides to claim Hermione as his own, unaware of the consequences of his action.

It was only a growl, but enough to make Hermione smirk in triumph at her captor, his hand closing around her face painfully as a response.
“Or what?” Nott spat, snapping his bloodshot eyes to the blonde warrior.
Draco’s sword was out before either of them could blink, making the man pull away and take a few steps back, “Or I’ll cut your head off so fast you won’t even have time to take your last breath.”
