tbh, I think cracking down on the welfare system...
Because, as a cashier, I can personally tell you from experience that the system is being horrendously abused. Food stamps and cash assist are supposed to be there so you can feed and take care of your family. Not so you can buy expensive seafood, cigarettes, and live beyond your means.
